An Australian 26-year-old Canberra woman has been charged with trying to arrange the contact killing service on the dark web like hit-man services.

Police said the 26-year-old Canberra woman, who has not been unconditionally recognized to guarantee her people, apparently agreed to pay $20,000 for the murders in September and as of now set up $6,000 towards that whole, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation point by point.
